#1 - Strathalbyn Racing Club - 164 Dry Plains Road, Strathalbyn
10:00 am - Enter through the main gate and meet in the under Croft up by the main buildings
10:15 am - Walk & Talk of the track with Eric Broad, Track Manager and Hayden Reid, Assistant Industry Track Manager (Racing SA) and hear first hand what's involved in getting the course in top condition in the country.
11:15 am - Visit concludes
11:30 am - Drive to South Lakes Golf Club
#2 - South Lakes Golf Club - Billabong Road, Goolwa South
12:30 pm - BBQ lunch
1:00 pm – Walk & Talk of the newly renovated course with Course Superintendent Jordan Sherratt
3:00 pm – Round of mini golf on the new SHANX course
5:00 pm – Networking drinks
6:00 pm – Dinner (2-course)
7:00 pm – Guest Speaker: Tim Warren (Course Superintendent, Glenelg Golf Club & TMSA President) sharing insights from the 2026 GCSAA Conference and tour of the Pinehurst region
8:30 pm – Dinner concludes
For those wishing to stay overnight and play a round of golf on the course the below is planned:

7:30 am – Briefing, coffee, brekky
8:00 am – 18-hole round of golf
12:00 pm – Golf concludes
